In this course you will learn how to identify and describe present and emerging international visitor groups; communicate with international visitors; and provide customer service for international visitors. With the number of international visitors coming to New Zealand, it is important that we make them feel welcome and comfortable, and meet their needs and expectations, without offending them. This paper offers suggestions and ideas for providing effective customer service to international visitors.
