In this course, you'll be introduced to research concepts and the research process. You'll explore qualitative and quantitative research methods and consider their application to business research. You'll also consider research proposals, sources of information and search techniques; research ethics, the complexities of questionnaire design and data collection; as well as sampling and the format of research reports.
